• It was awarded the Winners’ Trophy for lowest cost per km in 2004-05, 2005-06 & 2006-07 at All India Level. It was also adjudged winner for this trophy in 2007-08 & 2008-09 but as a rule it can not be awarded to any STU for more than 3 successive years, hence it was given to the runners’ up.
• It was awarded the Winners’ Trophy for best improvement in bus utilisation (2004-05).
• It was awarded the Runners’ Trophy (2004-05 & 2005-06) & Winner’s Trophy (2006-07) for best improvement in fuel average.
• It was awarded the Winners’ Trophy (2007-08) for best fuel average in rural, city and overall categories
