Dear Sir, Lost of many complaint for BHADAWAR BAH DEPO Region AGRA for all Buses not timely running. & Bah to Noida all buses before election not proper timely running and lots of many time complaint to ARM Bah. but no response and UPSRTC Whatsapp 9412049606. lost of many time post the complaint but not reply... Nos of 100 + MST & Open Card holder in Bah to Agra every evening 05:30 to 7:30 not buses in Bah Agra Route..

Sir, lower frequency during evening hours after 6:00 PM of the bus form Delhi via Mohannagar to Pilkhuwa has been long pending issue, which has not been resolved and even attempted. Basic reasons: 1. Most buses following a wrong route (via vijay nagar, lal quon) 2. Bus conducters are irratic and feel ownership of the bus as they are more willing to take goods then passenger..not opening the bus doors for Pilkhuwa despite of the ticket available in the buses.. 3. No response to the email complaints e.g. no response to complaint cum suggestion sent on 22 July 16 to amd@upsrtc.com, rmgzb@upsrtc.com, armhpr@upsrtc.com.. 4. Toll free no. 1800-180-2877 is always no response after 6 5. complaint/grievence registered system at the website asks for the driver name, depot etc..but How could we register a complaint of the bus who is not stopping for an authorized bus stop or denying to board the bus 6. Possibly that driver ply more rounds in the early morning to complete their KM bound turns from hapur to delhi and leads to lower frequency of buses in the even hours Kindly notice to the departure of the buses from hapur in the morning hours.... Managing Director UPSRTC Lucknow 22-7-2016 I am writing to share an humiliating experience during a travel in Hapur Depot today i.e. 22th July, 2016, when i asked the conductor to lower down the pitch of a loud music in the bus UP14-FT 3213 . He asked me to make this complain to the driver and trying to avoid his responsibility. Infact the driver alongwith conductor laughing on this decent request made to the conductor. Moreover, when i called upon Tollfree 1800-180-2877, No response ard 8 AM (probably the services may be available only after 9) and more surprising is when called at this number after 9:30 to submit the complaint..they responded a technical error and cannot accept the complaint and asked me to submit after a couple of days. Please note the following observation cum suggestions to improve the services of the passenger: 1. Train the conductors of UPSRTC with knowledge of the duty "Passenger first" 2. Toll free should work 24 by 7 3. ARM Number of the depot should be displayed mandatory in the buses.. 4. Website too should have complete information about the depot ARM and the supervisors..No information about the Hapur Depot ARM We hope UPSRTC look into the matter and acknowledge the complaint cum suggestions to improve upon the services
